Sporting Equals, a leading organisation promoting diversity and inclusion in sports, sought to develop a Race Representation Online Web Application. The application’s primary objective was to enable organisations within the sports and leisure sectors to evaluate and measure the diversity of their memberships, focusing on race, gender, and disability representation. This tool would empower Sporting Equals to:

1. Collect and analyse demographic data from member organisations.
2. Provide a diversity score for organisations based on the representation of underrepresented groups.
3. Identify gaps and recommend actionable strategies for improving diversity and inclusion.
4. Support organisations in aligning with Sporting Equals’ mission to foster equitable participation in sports.
